Nothing has been done to this drain issue on West St. This winter it will fill with ice & melted snow to create a frozen mess. It doesn’t drain properly.

I am very happy to hear this. I park my car along side of this huge collection of water on West St.
Particularly in the winter months it’s always dangerous with frozen water or ice or snow..

Does the puddle form only during the winter months or is this a year round problem?

This happens all year long. If there is a big rainfall this area is flooded and remains for a long time until it dries up.

There are two drains with covers in this area. I don’t think they are working.
